2012 Spring Webinar Series

Each session will be limited to 10 attendees so please be sure to sign up right away.

Attendance for all webinars is free for our current LSAP clients. Non-LSAP clients are welcome to attend any of our webinars, please contact us for pricing information.

We will be hosting two webinars this spring, each webinar will be focused on either Laserfiche users or administrators.
Both webinars will be approximately 1 hour, with the first 15 minutes spent on prepared topics. The remainder of the hour will address specific questions that are submitted by the attendees.
All members of your organization are welcome to attend any or all of the sessions.

Upon receipt of your registration you will receive a confirmation email with the meeting and attendance information. It is required that attendees have Internet access and speakers.

Priority will be given to pre-submitted questions so please submit any questions that you have ahead of time. All in-webinar questions will be handled via chat and will be answered in the order that they are received.

Using Laserfiche

This session is suitable for all Laserfiche users and administrators. It will focus on using Laserfiche more efficiently and the many user configurable features that are available.
During the webinar we will be covering the new features available for users in Laserfiche 8.2; 5 Useful and Quick Laserfiche Tips/Tricks; and answer any questions that you may have.
We will focus heavily on user questions so we recommend that you submit them with your registration.

Laserfiche Administration

    Thursday, March 1, 2012 - 1pm PST / 11am HST
This session will focus on the administrative features and roles that are available in Laserfiche. It is recommended for those who are tasked with maintaining your repository. Standard users are welcome to attend but this session will attempt focus solely on the role of the Laserfiche administrator.
During this webinar we will be covering how to configure basic folder security; creating Laserfiche groups and users; and answer any questions that administrators may have.
Because it is anticipated that questions for this session may require advanced preparation on our part, please be sure to submit your questions during the registration process. Otherwise we may not be able to fully answer them during the webinar.
